Laurel Grove
Located in the Grove Park area of Orange Park, Laurel grove is three distinct communities built by Atlantic Builders. Prices start in the high $80's up to the high $150's. Homes in Grove Park are moderately priced from the mid $70's to the low $100's. Your children walk to school, and the mall is only minutes away.

Shoreline
Located on beautiful Doctors Lake in Orange Park, homes in Shoreline start in the high $120's up to $750,000 on the lake. The community is located in the Lakeside Estates area of Orange Park. Children go to Lakeside Elementary and Middle School. There are no homeowner association fees.

Massey Villas is a 50 home community nestled among the oak trees in the Lakeside Estates area of Orange Park. Convenient to schools, shopping, major transportation arteries, churches and of course Doctors Lake. Home prices start in the $90's and go to the mid $130's. Pace Island
Located in beautiful Fleming Island off Highway 17 in Orange Park, Pace Island was the first community in Florida to receive the Florida Quality Development designation for excellence in community environment planning. The community consists of over 977 acres of garden size homesites to estate size homesites. There are over 400 acres of natural hardwood forests, gracious oak hammocks, wild flowers, and pines in lush profusion. Prices start in the mid $120's up. Pace Island is a gated community offering two pools, tennis courts, nature trails, basketball court, community dock and gazebo on Doctors Lake, picnic pavilions, and family recreation areas. |
Chimney Lakes
Located in the Argyle Forest area of Jacksonville, this community of over 1000 acres is in both Clay and Duval Counties. Home prices in the Chimney Lakes/Spencer area start in the high $80's to the mid $130's. Homes in Argyle Forest start in the low $70's up. In Chimney Lakes there is a community center, pool, tennis courts, bike trails and an elementary school.

Eagle Harbor
One of Orange Park's newest communities, Eagle Harbor is in a Community Development District. There is an elementary school, golf course, tennis, lakes for catch and release fishing, nature trails, and a huge 2 million gallon swim center. Homes are arranged in small communities and prices range from the mid $130's up. Every distinctive neighborhood is surrounded by either wooded open space, parks, golf course, or water. Some of North Florida's best builders are represented here.
